Triple Moon Breathwork + Sound Bath

This 2.5 hour experience on the 7th of June at Triple Moon Mercantile will be an immersive journey inwards, helping you find bliss and joy within your heart center.

Teri-Ann will lead the group through a somatic movement activation, helping the body release cortisol, before surrendering into 6 rounds of activation breathwork. Once you quiet your mind and feel into your body, you will be held with a 1 hour sound healing experience, feeling the frequencies move through every cell, helping you embody bliss.
